The Self-Employed Income Support Scheme

Important Update:

HMRC has announced new guidance regarding applying for the self-employed income support scheme. An online tool has been added to allow you or your agent to check if you are eligible. This eligibility tool is available to use now.

Originally HMRC intimated they intended contacting those that were eligible, now all applicants are being urged to use this online tool. HMRC state that an alternative to online will be available for those unable to apply online but is not available yet

The claims online service will be available from 13 May 2020.

You should check if you are eligible, for those that are, you will be given a date and time from which you can submit your claim. At that time you will then need to login to HMRC online to submit your contact details and the registration will need to be completed.

Presently if we are your tax agent we cannot complete the registration on your behalf, we hope that in time HMRC will make further changes to the scheme to allow us to help our clients through the whole process and claim.
